After 30 days, we opened our doors (technically our shutters’) to the world. We wouldn’t go as far as to say “the rest is history”, we just like thinking we’ve had a pretty good ride since, and can’t wait for more.
We constructed Casa Marané using eucalyptus from the region; finished with doors and shutters recovered from a forgotten building. No cement was used- in the spirit of Charra artisanship.
